Ex-proof MCK type freezers are sold in standard packages of 1 kg.
The MCK package contains 800 g of resin, 160 g of Catalyst and a sufficient amount of fiber rope (cotton).
It is poured into the eys - EZS type Stoppers used in ex-proof piping as a result of the latest tests and checks. The freezing time after pouring the liquid into the stopper is about 36 hours. There is no such thing as a re-dissolution of the frozen mixture.
